Piqo.com is the next generation interactive web player where all visitors can search, play and download music and videos for free. You can easily search movie clips from different sources like YouTube, Meta Cafe, Break or Piqo.com user libraries. Just type in a keyword(s), select source(s) and hit Search. Create as many playlist as you want and download to your computer on the fly.

After a long research, I decided to make a list of most used free applications for web developers and designers. All of them are tested on Windows XP and Vista. I’ve also added editor’s rating (level 1 to 5.One is poor, five is excellent) and level of “easy of use” (level 1 to 5.One is easy, five is hard) I will continue researching and adding more free tools to the list.
