After a long research, I decided to make a list of most used free applications for web developers and designers. All of them are tested on Windows XP and Vista. I’ve also added editor’s rating (level 1 to 5.One is poor, five is excellent) and level of “easy of use” (level 1 to 5.One is easy, five is hard) I will continue researching and adding more free tools to the list.

The best free anti virus poll was closed yesterday! A month ago I invited you to vote for the best freeware anti virus solution and around 300 of you expressed their view.
