by Dwarka Rao 12 May 2010 No Comment

We receive many mails in the spam of a day time. Those emails may be of any type i.e. personal and official. We need to be careful that we do not receive any virus or spam in them.

We need to be extra careful especially when we are at work so that it does not effect the other applications. Spamilhilator is one freeware which gets integrated with any email client and helps the scan the spam and viruses from the mails that we receive everyday.

  • It gets integrated with any email client.
  • It has a very high detection rate.
  • It works with POP and IMAP proxy.
  • It filters with the inbox and deleted the bad mail without downloading it.
  • It uses Bayesian statistics which makes the detection rate very high.
  • It collects and displays daily statistics of detected spam.

The performance of the Spamihilator is very effective; it detects all types of spam and deletes it from the inbox. Which not only makes us free from spam but it also makes sure that the mail with spam does not even come to our inbox.

Spamihilator can be integrated with all kinds of the email clients and also the detection rate is quite high as it uses the Bayesian statistics for it.

The user interface is very elegant and easy to use. It gets integrated itself with the email client and rest is taken care of it.

It is very effective and it also gives you the statistics of the spam mail using which can help you interpret.

  • Its gets integrated with all email clients.
  • It uses Bayesian statistics for better detection rate.

  • Does not tag spam for further filtering.
  • It can not be used to categorize good mail.

I would like to conclude by saying that it is very effective to stop the spam mails getting into the inbox. It is very effective in filtering of the spam mails and it also gives us the statistics of all the spam mails and the best part is it is elegant and easy to use.
