I do support to customers and the main feature I use is copying text from a list of phrases and commonly used replies such as “Is there anything else I can assist you with”, etc. Instead of typing it every time I use a short key to copy it directly from ditto. It saves me a lot of time.
How many times you copy something which overwrites something you needed from the lost copy you did. With ditto you can open a list with your last 100+ copy entries and use them.
