27 Free Web Applications for Webmasters and Developers
After a long research, I decided to make a list of most used free applications for web developers and designers. All of them are tested on Windows XP and Vista. I’ve also added editor’s rating (level 1 to 5.One is poor, five is excellent) and level of “easy of use” (level 1 to 5.One is easy, five is hard) I will continue researching and adding more free tools to the list.

I came across the following list of free WYSIWYG Html Editors, whilst looking for code. Is it possible to do a review. I am encountering drawbacks with Kompozer and would like to try something better if it exists.
