It’s time for another free game here on the Freeware Mission! As I don’t have much time to play I want quick and entertaining games in my computer, not too fancy but good for relaxing a bit after a day’s work. In TrackMania Nations you have to drive a tiny car around various circuits, it sounds like fun.

The best way to play this free game is online, against real opponents from all over the world. There are millions of players worldwide and thousands of servers that you can join. You can train your skills in solo mode and the impress the world with your driving.

I played the game for a bit more than half an hour last night and I must say that I had great fun with it, the tracks are absolutely stunning and the fact that the car was painted in the colors of my national flag added a very nice touch to it.

The system requirements for this free game are quite reasonable: you’ll need a Windows powered PC with 500 MHz Pentium III processor or better, 128 MB RAM, 16 MB DirectX 9.0b compatible 3D video card, 900 MB free disk space.

 It has a huge community around it, you’ll find several forums dedicated to this game.

 It would be nice if the cars would show the damage produced by the impact with the obstacles. 

 It would also be nice if you could change the background music with your own.

TrackMania Nations is a great free game, entertaining and maybe quite addictive once you get the hang of it. See you on the track, we’ll have a nice competitive drive together
