As some of you might have noted, I didn’t post any articles for a month or so. Not that I didn’t want to, but I just couldn’t. My blog was hosted by Blogger and published to a custom domain, freewaremission.com. I bought the domain a few months ago from Godaddy, but I didn’t have enough money left to buy a hosting plan too.

So I was stuck with Blogger. And that was quite bad: they locked my blog for no obvious reason, so I was unable to post anything. That made my traffic go down, search engine optimization efforts went down the drain…

But now I finally bought myself a hosting plan, also from Godaddy! The prices are low and the services are quite good, you get 99% uptime and great support for only a few bucks per month. So now I am posting the articles using Wordpress – the installation was quite easy through the GoDaddy Hosting Connection.

So now I’m back, stay tuned for more freeware reviews!
