Searching For Web Hosting Services

by James 22 November 2008 2 Comments

I was telling you a few days ago about my dream of moving this blog to a nice .com domain and of getting the web hosting services for it. I still don’t have enough money to pay for the web hosting services, but I’m looking for the right offer, just to be prepared.
I found an interesting web hosting company today, I’m really considering their offer. Maybe you could tell me your opinion.
The Standard Package includes 25 GB disk space, 250 monthly traffic, 1 free domain, 500 e-mailboxes, 25 FTP accounts and costs 9.96 dollars per month if you pay for a whole year. The best package, named PRO, has 100 GB disk space and 750 monthly transfer and several other improvements for 29.13 dollars per month if you pay for a whole year.
The interesting option for me is that they offer the possibility to import a blog and also 50 dollars in Yahoo Sponsored Search credits and 25 dollars in AdWords credits, and those are available for each of the three packages, Standard, Advanced and PRO.
There are so many web hosting services out there and it’s difficult to pick the right one. I’ve read dozens of customer reviews, many of them very critical towards some providers. I didn’t read any bad reviews about this one though.

I strongly recommend Bravenet hosting… their premium hosting sounds like a better deal to me. I’ve worked with them for several years with minimal headaches. This is pure testimonial… I’m not even a member of their affiliate program.

Here is where to go: http://www.bravenet.com/global/hosting_matrix.php
