Best Free Windows Tweaking Tool

I told you, the Freeware Mission won’t stop. There are dozens of great freeware programs that I will install in my computer and I will succeed in using it with only freeware programs installed. Of course, except Windows XP. Speaking of XP, I need a program that would allow me to tweak some of the settings. I guess you all know the name of that program It’s…

… Tweak UI. There’s nothing better at that job. Tweak UI gives you the possibility to play around with system settings that are not available in the Windows XP default user interface: mouse settings, Explorer settings, taskbar settings, icons, you name it.

It’s kinda weird to get something for free from Microsoft, right? Anyway, this freeware program is a must have for any Windows XP user. You can download Tweak UI from here, it’s free!
