CDex is a small application for audio CD ripping, offering support for conversion into multiple formats, like FLAC, MP3, OGG, WMA, VQF or Monkey Audio. You can extend its conversion capabilities by installing input dll plug-ins.
I’ve ripped an audio CD with it and I must say the results were good.

However, the advanced users might be a little disappointed with it: if you have a scratched, damaged CD, you can turn to another software. But considering that this one is free, you can do the job with it if you have a clean, healthy CD to rip.

The interface is easy to use, and after you get used to it enough you can try the available shortcut keys. Overall, a good free piece of software for quick CD extracting and conversion. You can download it from here.
